1973 Fender Telecaster Deluxe

$2,699.00

This brown and beautiful 1973 Telecaster Deluxe is stock with two muscular Seth Lover designed humbuckers that give it a sound you won’t find in any other Tele!  The bridge pickup roars like a hungry lion while the neck has a poise and warmth that this guitar is renowned for!  It features a brown finish with a medium/large C profile maple neck and the original frets.  The sides of the neck have some wear that can be felt while playing, especially on the treble side starting around the 3rd/4th fret. It is much less of a back breaker than most ’70s Fender Stratocasters and Telecasters we’ve come across.  There is some wear along the edges of the body and light finish scratches on the top and back. There is a circular impression on the top parallel to the bridge on the bass side that looks to have been where a sticker was removed at one point. It has original Fender tuning gears on the headstock and a red replacement tip on the pickup selector switch.  Everything else looks to be original, including the black pick guard, knobs, and pickups.  The back plate has a serial number of 419891 and is equipped with the patented Fender micro tilt neck adjuster.  All-in-all this is a ’70s dynamo that is superb for some vintage rock, country, blues, jazz and soul!  It is a down to Earth guitar at a heavenly price.  Comes with original hard shell case.
