Cosmetics:  This Gibson does show wear & tear consistent with a well-played & loved guitar from the late 1980’s. There is plenty of swirls & pick scratches on this instrument – there is also a fair amount of buckle rash & dings on the body of this guitar. Some of this wear doesn’t show up very well in the photos but once you hold the guitar in your hands you will notice the various scratches & marks on the body of this guitar. There are a few small chips on the top of the headstock on this guitar but there are no cracks, breaks or splits and all wear is purely cosmetic.
