2005 Gretsch 6119 TR Tennessee Rose


Summary:  This 2005 Gretsch Tennessee Rose is a versatile jazz box with lots of beauty & a ton of tone. This instrument is in great shape & it comes with the original hardshell case. This guitar was made in Japan in December of 2005.

Body: Fully bound Semi-hollow body with an arched laminated maple top & laminated maple back & sides. This guitar is 16” wide at the bottom bout & 2.5” deep. The top, back & neck on this instrument are fully bound.

Neck: This instrument has a 3-piece maple neck with an ebony fretboard. This guitar has a 12” fretboard radius with a nut width of 1 11/16″ and a scale length of 25.5”. This instrument has 22 frets & the frets are in great shape with lots of life left.

Pickups/Hardware: 2 Filtertron pickups with a master volume, 2 volume knobs, one tone knob & a three-way selector switch. This instrument has chrome hardware & the guitar has a “Gretsch Bigsby” and Grover tuners.

Cosmetics: This Gretsch is a real beauty – this instrument has been well-loved and taken care of and it shows very little wear & tear. There are a few small scuffs on the side of the guitar and if you look hard enough you may find a scratch on the back but overall this guitar is in very good shape.

Playability:  This guitar plays & sounds awesome. The action is low & the guitar plays without buzzing or dead spots.
