Summary: This 1975 Guild dreadnought, made in Westerly, Rhode Island, has a lovely, robust sound, with its classic Mahogany back and sides and Sitka spruce top. It has a rich, even sound that comes with a 48 year old vintage guitar. Its Fishman Prefix Pro Blend onboard preamp makes it even more versatile.

Body: Sitka Spruce Top with Mahogany back and sides in Sunburst finish.

Neck: Mahogany with a Rosewood fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.65” nut width, 20 frets, pearl dot inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Chrome closed tuning keys, Rosewood bridge, plastic tortoiseshell pickguard and binding, Fishman Prefix Pro Blend onboard preamp, peaked logo.
Cosmetics: This guitar is in good shape. It has light surface scratches and small indentations on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show wear commensurate with an almost 50 year old guitar. There is a former input jack site butt end of the guitar. The back has light buckle rash, and the face of the headstock is showing light finish checking and wear around the edges. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in good shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.

Modifications: Fishman Prefix Pro Blend onboard preamp installed.

Weight: 5.2 lbs.

Case: This guitar ships without a case, professionally packaged, and fully insured
