Summary: This 2015 Eastwood Breadwinner, a tribute to  the guitars originally manufactured by Ovation Guitars in the 1970s. In the ‘70s many guitar builders began to experiment with ergonomic designs and active pickups. The Breadwinner is the culmination of designs and innovations from this era and has developed quite the cult following over the years, most notably Tom Morello. Many vintage collectors agree that the Breadwinner is one of the most comfortable guitars ever made. Modern day manufacturing techniques and updated electronics make today’s Breadwinner from Eastwood Guitars a treat to play, look at and listen to!

 

Body: Mahogany in White finish.


Neck: Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, 24.75 ” scale length, 1.68” nut width, 24  frets, dot inlays.

 

Pickups/Hardware:  Vintage Mini-Humbucker pickups, Gotoh style tuning keys, hardtail bridge.

 

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has the lightest wear on the body a used guitar can have. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.



Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
