Tobias GR-4 Growler

This Tobias GR-4 Growler has a beautifully sculptured ash body with a gloss finish, and a smooth Maple and Purpleheart neck, with a Wenge fingerboard, sporting 24 frets. It also has a quad-coil Bartolini pickup using an 18v active tone circuit to provide a wide array of excellent sounds. 

Body:  Ash in natural satin finish.

Neck:  Maple/Purpleheart with a Wenge fingerboard, 34” scale length, 1.62” nut width, 24 frets.

Pickups/Hardware:  Original Bartolini active quad-coil pickup and preamp,master volume pot, coil blend pot, 4-band eq, and tone selector switches, Grover tuning keys, black bridge, black plastic knobs, plastic nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in good shape. It has light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
