2019 Fender Limited Edition Two-Tone Telecaster
Summary: Combining premium appointments and a classic color, the Limited-Edition Two-Tone Telecaster creates a truly inspiring playing experience. The Thinline body has a beautifully black-bound top in Fiesta Red over Arctic White back and sides, with a matching painted headstock. The 9.5” radius Ebony fingerboard and satin urethane finished Maple neck provide smooth and comfortable playability. Vintage style tuning machines, 3-saddle vintage-style bridge, and a bone nut all give the Two-Tone Telecaster the best of vintage aesthetics with modern capability, while the Custom Shop ’51 Nocaster pickups deliver clear and punchy Telecaster tones.
Body: Alder with a gloss Fiesta Red finish with Arctic White back/sides.
Neck: Maple with an Ebony fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.685” nut width, 9.5” radius, 22 frets, pearl dot inlays.
Pickups/Hardware: Two Custom Shop ’51 Nocaster single coil pickups, vintage style tuning keys, 3-saddle bridge, master volume/master tone controls/3-way pickup selector, bone nut, pearl pickguard.
Cosmetics: This guitar is in excellent condition. The body has very light surface scratches. The back of the neck is in great shape and the frets show almost no wear.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
