This 2020 Fender Custom Shop 1962 Stratocaster NOS draws from more than sixty years of innovation, inspiration and evolution to meet the demands of today’s working player. The Stratocaster’s sleek style, articulate sound, and a plethora of innovations redefined the electric guitar and opened a brave new world of musical possibilities. This tastefully relic’d model has a lovely neck and beautiful tone, ready for the stage or studio.

Body: Alder in 3 tone Sunburst finish.

Neck: Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.65” nut width, 21 frets, pearl inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Custom Shop single coil pickups, vintage style tuning keys, synchronized tremolo bridge, white plastic knobs, bone nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in excellent shape. It has light surface scratches and small indentations on the body, as it was tastefully factory relic’d . The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
