2020 Gibson Les Paul Standard Custom Shop '68 Reissue

This 2020 Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul Standard '68 Reissue is a stunning recreation of the iconic 1968 model. This meticulously-crafted guitar was modeled after first batch examples from 1968, which you can identify by the headstock's crown inlay, a 14-degree headstock angle and thicker cutaway binding. It features a Mahogany neck with traditional '60s slim profile, a Rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets, classic trapezoid inlays, & dual Custom soapbar P90 pickups, putting every ounce of that late-sixties Goldtop's single-coil sweetness on full display.

Body:  Mahogany in 60s Gold finish.

Neck:  Mahogany with a Rosewood fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 1.68” nut width, 22 frets,  pearl trapezoid inlays.

Pickups/Hardware:  Gibson Custom P90 pickups, Kluson tuning keys, ABR-1 bridge with stop bar tailpiece, gold top hat knobs, nylon nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
