2018 Fender Custom Shop LTD Double Esquire Relic

This 2018 Fender Custom Shop LTD Double Esquire Relic is a faithful recreation of one of the early modelsof Fender production, the incredibly rare dual-pickup Esquire, which was outfitted with some very cool and compelling appointments. hand-wound '50-'51 Blackguard pickups offering incredibly fat and juicy tone.

Body: Roasted Pine in Aged Black finish.

Neck: Maple with a Maple fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.65” nut width, 21 frets, black micarta inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Fender Custom Shop hand wired pickups: Neck: 50-51 Blackguard Bridge: Crushed Blackguard, Fender vintage style tuning keys, Fender Relic RSD saddles, chrome relic nocaster knobs, bone nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches, crazing, etc as it was factory relic’d on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.

Case: This guitar ships with its original hardshell case, professionally packaged, and fully insured.
