Summary: The American Standard Stratocaster solid body electric guitar is part of the evolution of an American classic, priming it for the 21st century. The alder body with a maple neck and fingerboard stay true to the original recipe for classic tone. This is a great guitar that plays wonderful up and down the neck.

Body: Double cutaway Alder, gloss black finish.

Neck: Maple, modern “C” shape, 25.5” scale length, 1.685” nut width, 9.5” radius, 22 medium jumbo frets, black dot inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Three single coil pickups, one volume/two tone knobs, 5-way pickup selector, 2-point synchronized with six saddles, Fender Standard cast/sealed staggered tuning keys, 50th Anniversary neck plate.

Cosmetics: This guitar has light surface scratches throughout on the body and some deeper scuffs and buckle rash on the back. There is a scuff on the back of the neck at the second fret. The pickguard has regular wear. The backplate is missing. Overall, this guitar is in great shape and plays very well.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this guitar with a new set of 9’s. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
