 Summary: This 2019 Paul Reed Smith Custom 24 Wood Library 10 Top in Blue Crab Blue  is the quintessential PRS guitar. Played by internationally touring artists, gigging musicians, and aspiring players, the Custom 24 features PRS’s patented Gen III tremolo system and a PRS 85/15 & a 59/09 pickup, with volume and tone controls and a 5-way blade switch. 85/15 pickups were personally designed by Paul Reed Smith to offer remarkable clarity and extended high and low end.

 

Body:  Mahogany body with 10 Top Flame Maple top in Blue Crab Blue finish.


Neck: Maple with a Ebony fingerboard, 25” scale length, 1.65” nut width, 24 frets, Mother of Pearl Birds inlays.

 

Pickups/Hardware: Neck: PRS 58/15 LT Bridge: PRS 59/09 pickups, PRS open gear tuning keys, PRS Gen III bridge, clear PRS knobs, PRS nut.

 

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has very light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has very light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.



Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
