Summary: The b3 Sahara was designed to be the epitome of a modern, American made instrument with the most advanced components in a contemporary headless design and ergonomically superior body profile. This guitar has a lightweight hollow body, designed to not feedback like most hollow bodies do. This guitar is extremely light, weighing only 6 lbs., 4 oz. The neck profile has a very modern feel to it, as it is a slightly asymmetrical “C” carve. This guitar comes equipped with Lollar Imperial humbuckers that sound amazing and the versatile Sophia tremolo system.
Body: Mahogany with an Eastern flame Maple top, hollow body with no hole, black Charcoal satin finish.
Neck: Mahogany with an Ebony fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.687” nut width, 20” radius, 24 frets, 6105 fret wire, brass circle inlays, “airplane wing” carve.
Pickups/Hardware: Two Lollar Imperial humbuckers, Sophia tremolo system, master volume with push/pull for coil splitting/3-way pickup selector, dome control knob.
Cosmetics: This guitar is in excellent condition with almost no signs of use.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
