2022 Gibson ES-335 Satin
Summary: The Gibson ES-335 DOT is the cornerstone of the Gibson ES line-up. From its first appearance in 1958, the Gibson ES-335 immediately set an unmatched standard. The pearloid dot inlay rosewood fingerboard is on a hand-rolled Rounded "C" mahogany neck. The Gibson Calibrated T-Type humbucking pickups paired with their hand-wired control assembly showcases the versatile Gibson ES tone. Tuning stability and intonation are provided by the Vintage Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons paired with light-weight Aluminum ABR-1 bridge and Stop bar tailpiece.
Body: 3-ply Maple/Poplar/Maple, satin Vintage Natural finish.
Neck: Mahogany with a Rosewood fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 1.695” nut width, 12” radius, 22 frets, pearloid dot inlays.
Pickups/Hardware: Two Gibson Calibrated T-Type humbuckers, Vintage Deluxe tuning keys with Keystone buttons, light-weight Aluminum ABR-1 bridge/stop bar tailpiece, 2x volume/2x tone controls/3-way pickup selector, Graph Tech nut, black 5-ply pickguard.
Cosmetics: This guitar is in excellent condition with almost no signs of use. The pickguard has regular light wear.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
