1988 Fender American Standard Telecaster Sunburst
Like most enduring electric guitar designs, the Fender Telecaster has evolved through decades of production, with subtle changes marking different eras. This 1988 Fender Telecaster sports a classic and beautifully aged Sunburst finish that highlights the wood grain beneath its gloss. It features a white single-ply pickguard and retains the traditional Telecaster control layout. The guitar is equipped with its original single-coil pickups, delivering the bright, punchy tone that defines the Telecaster sound. Modern-style Schaller “Fender” tuning machines provide stable tuning, while the six-saddle bridge allows for more precise intonation than vintage models. A great example from the late '80s, this Telecaster bridges vintage style with updated functionality.
